POSTGRADUATE COURSES
Postgraduate Courses will be held on 29 August at the Royal Continental Hotel (Via Partenope 38, Naples) for a limited number of Participants.
Registration will be possible only for participants regularly registered for the Congress.


The registration fee includes:
Admission to the entire Scientific Program
Certificate of attendance
Coffee breaks and lunches as in the program

The registration fee for the theoretical part includes:
Admission to the entire Scientific Program
Certificate of attendance
Coffee break and lunch as in the program

A HANDS – ON session will follow the theoretical part of the Endoscopy Course on August 29 from h. 14.00 to 17.00. The registration fee for the HANDS ON session is euro 200,00, to be paid on top of the fee for the theoretical part.
A limited number of participants will be selected among those who have processed their registration by May 31, 2023.
A basic knowledge of bariatric endoscopy and endoscopic suturing technique is requested to ensure the attendees can fully benefit from the course.
Therefore after your registration to the theoretical session, you will receive a link to a questionnaire to be filled in by May 31 if you wish to submit your application for the HANDS ON. The scientific committee will review all applications and you will quickly receive a notification on the status of your submission.
If you meet the criteria and your application is accepted you will be requested to pay the additional fee for the HANDS ON within the following 15 days.
WAY OF PAYMENT
All payments must be made in Euro (€) and can be paid with
Credit card through a secure banking page
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
BILLING
The invoice for registration will be issued with the personal details of the registered participant.
In case the invoice should be released to another subject (Institution, Company, University) please do not forget to click on the “EDIT DETAILS” button which will appear in the section “BILLING AND PAYMENT” of the online form. Once issued the invoice cannot be changed anymore.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the MCM SRL.
By 10 June, 2023 the full fee will be refunded less euro 50,00 for administrative charges
After 10 June and by 1 July, 2023: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be made for cancellations received after 1 July,2023
All refunds will be processed after the end of the Congress.
VISA REQUEST
You can request the invitation letter for VISA purpouse by ticking on the appropriate box during the online registration. Please check if a VISA is requested for foreigners coming from your country and follow the instructions of the Italian Ministry before starting the registration procedure.
